-
A bathing suit, two towels (one to sit on and one to dry yourself off with afterwards), flip-flops, and a bottle of water. No food is allowed in the sauna room, although it’s always a good idea to have a snack between sauna rounds or after working up a sweat.
-
The sauna runs between 170–190°F (77–88°C) — hot enough to make you question your life choices, and then immediately feel great about all of them. That's well within the traditional Finnish range, where generations of very sensible people have been voluntarily sitting in extreme heat for fun. Give it 10–15 minutes and you'll understand why.
-
The cold plunge is kept between 38–44°F (3–7°C). That's not "refreshing dip" cold — that's legitimately, scientifically, undeniably cold. The first few seconds will take your breath away (literally), but what follows is a full-body endorphin release that no cup of coffee can compete with. Pair it with the sauna for the complete hot-cold contrast experience and you'll leave feeling like you've been factory reset.

Heck yeah! Throw water on those rocks. Unlike sad locker room gym saunas that barely get warm, ours actually work the way saunas should. Steam it up!

Experience and Tips
-
Stay hydrated before and after your session, avoid heavy meals beforehand, and relax to maximize the benefits of the sauna.
-
Guests with certain medical conditions, such as heart problems, respiratory issues, or pregnancy, should consult a doctor before using the sauna. If you feel unwell, please avoid using the sauna.
-
For new sauna users, spending 10-15 minutes per round with cool-downs in between is recommended.
Your first round might be longer, especially if you start with a cold body temperature. That first sweat can take 10-15 minutes. Remember: listen to your body. It’s not a competition to see who can withstand the highest amount of heat the longest.
Consider 2-3 rounds with cold showers (there are both pull-chain bucket showers and regular spray / pillar showers available) or a plunge in the pond in between to maximize health benefits.
Above all else, take it easy and listen to your body.
